22 million working days were lost in 2017/18 due to musculoskeletal disorders, stress, anxiety and depression, according to the HSE.

The numbers are quite staggering, with an average person suffering from a musculoskeletal disorder taking an average of 14 days off a year and those suffering from stress, depression and anxiety,  25.8 days.
